Terms and conditions

A current credit/debit card number is required in order to make a reservation. No prepayment is needed. No monies are drawn from the account and these details are only held to confirm your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the proprietors reserve the right to make a charge in accordance with the cancellation policy. The full charge will be taken if no cancellation is received and guests fail to arrive. Please ensure that you take out travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellations.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
For group bookings (4 or more rooms) 2 weeks advance notice must be given or full charge for booking will be taken. Westlands observes a strict confidentiality policy and account details will not be made available to any third party.

The Check is from 15:00 until 21:00

Our rooms are in the main house building on the first floor, and, being a listed building, we have no lift.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted within any part of Park Hotel Dunoon. Please note that offending guests will be asked to leave immediately and we will make a charge for deep cleaning, this can be applicable after your departure. This charge will be £100.
